2. Eligible Refunds

  • Your booking is cancelled by Clistine.in and no alternative appointment is provided.
  • Payment is successfully charged more than once for the same booking.
  • A booking cannot be fulfilled due to service unavailability in your area.
  • A payment is made but the booking is not confirmed due to a technical error.

3. Customer Cancellation

If you cancel your booking before the scheduled service time, eligibility for a refund will depend on the timing of the cancellation and any costs already incurred.

If work has already started, no refund will generally be available for the completed portion of the service.


4. Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We may:

  • Review your complaint.
  • Request photographs or additional information.
  • Arrange an inspection if required.
  • Offer a re-service where appropriate.
  • Provide a full or partial refund at our discretion if a re-service is not feasible.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:

  • Incorrect booking details provided by the customer.
  • Customer is unavailable at the scheduled appointment.
  • Access to the premises is denied.
  • Customer changes their mind after service completion.
  • Pre-existing stains, damage, rust, mould, discoloration, or wear and tear that cannot reasonably be removed.
  • Additional work requested after the original booking has begun.
  • Delays caused by factors outside Clistine.in's reasonable control.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


7. Cash Payments

For bookings paid in cash, approved refunds may be made through bank transfer, UPI, or another mutually agreed payment method after verification.


8. Fraud Prevention

Clistine.in reserves the right to refuse refunds where fraudulent activity, misuse of the platform, false claims, or repeated abuse of the refund process is suspected.
